We are committed to ensure equality and promote diversity in the workplace.   5. Appointment of liaison officer by establishment to look after the recruitment of persons with disabilities and provision of facilities and amenities for such employees.

We endeavour to:

  1. Post all required notices regarding employee rights under this policy in areas highly visible to employees
  2. Require employees to report to the Complaint officer of any apparent discrimination or harassment within 48 hours of the incident.

In case of violation of the terms of this policy, please report to the Complaint officer, Lorraine Esteves, immediately and within 48 hours. Violation of this policy will not be tolerated and the Company will fairly investigate into the matter and take necessary action including disciplinary measures and termination of employment of the person in violation of this policy, if needed.

In terms of employment opportunities of transgender persons, including, but not limited to recruitment, termination, employment benefits, promotion and other related facets of employment, we shall not discriminate against any transgender persons.

We endeavour to provide a fair and equal opportunity for employment to all qualified transgender applicants and to make employment related decisions solely on the basis of merit and calibre of every applicant, occupational requirements, seniority and other appropriate non-discriminatory criteria. We shall at all times ensure compliance with applicable laws pertaining to equal employment opportunities under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 and Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020.

In addition to the above, we endeavour to:

  1. Provide equal and fair opportunities for employment to all qualified transgender applicants and the Company shall not deny or terminate the employment as a result of discrimination;
