Cancelations and Refunds

At Hispanic Horizons, we value your trust and in order to honour that trust and ensure transparency, we have created this cancelation and refund policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any scheduled class due to circumstances beyond our control or an insufficient number of students per batch. However, if a class is cancelled or rescheduled, students will be given prior notice by our team.

Our cancellation and refund policies include:

• We do not offer refunds unless Hispanic Horizons cancels the class due to the insufficient number of students per batch.
• Refunds will not be granted to students who abandon courses prematurely regardless of the circumstances.
• Refunds will be made to the account from which the fees were originally received. All refunds will be made within 7 business days of written notification.
