Payment includes: tuition, classes, part of the material, exams, certification and taxes (GST).

Payments must be made at least 3 days before the start of the course.

If the payment is made at least 30 days before the course start date, a 5% discount is obtained.

The payment of the courses is non-refundable unless the course does not start due to unexpected logistical reasons, or due to an insufficient number of students.

For general Spanish courses (A1 to C2), the minimum is 8 students; for DELE preparatory courses, Spanish for young learners and Spanish for children, the minimum is 6 students.

On some occasions, if there are few students on the first day of the course, the course can be postponed 1 or 2 weeks to obtain the desired number of students. If this causes a problem for someone, a refund of the payment can be requested.

Transfers to another group are allowed only for six months from the start date of the course.

If a student changes group during those 6 months, there will be a transfer fee charge of INR. 5000 + GST. Course change is only allowed once and for justified reasons. 

About taking the same course for the second time (for example, for revision).

If, after completing a course, a student wants to retake it within 6 months from the end date of their course, the fee is half of the course fee. Otherwise, it’s the full fee.

If the student does not write the final exam with the rest of the group on the scheduled day, there will be an exam fee. Late exams are only allowed for justified reasons.

Fees of late exams: INR. 1400 + GST ​​for the written exam and INR. 500 + GST ​​for the oral exam.

If a student misses a class, he/she can pay for a private make-up class.

Those students who want to register for the first time in Hispanic Horizons, and have prior knowledge of Spanish, need to take a level test (written and oral) to find out in which level they should enroll.

 This level test costs INR. 500 + GST. If the student registers in one of our courses, this amount will be deducted from the registration.

Students are requested to be punctual, to keep the video camera on (Zoom classes), and always to be respectful to others.
